Aishwarya Rai learns Carnatic music!
As her role in Mani Rathnam’s upcoming film shows her in the role of a connoisseur of Carnatic music, Aishwarya Rai has been learning the basics of Carnatic music from an exclusive Carnatic music teacher to effectively make her role appear realistic on screen.
Aishwarya Rai, is an incredibly diligent actress, who ensures her roles are remembered for long. Be it be shedding weight, or learning martial arts or new dance forms, Aishwarya does it all diligently to give memorable and realistic performances on screen.
At present, this beautiful actress is busy attending to her father-in-law, the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, who is recovering from an obstructed intestine and colitis. She will return to the filming of 'Ravana'/ 'Ashokavanam' (unconfirmed titles of Mani’s bilingual), which is in abeyance, once it resumes. The Forest Department of Kerala had ordered discontinuation of its filming in the forests of Malayatur, one of its protected areas, as it deemed that the 5-day filming had posed threats to its ecological balance and any further filming would further disrupt it. Now Mani Rathnam either has to look for an alternative place to film his bilingual or take measures that will convince the forest department to allow him to resume his filming in the forest area.
